3-Year Comprehensive Warranty

Hale Health Wellness Corporation warrants that RLPRO 1000, RLPRO 1200, and RLPRO 2000 devices will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the original purchase date, subject to these terms.

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective unit at no cost to the customer, provided the device has been used in accordance with the user manual.

1-Year Hale FACE Warranty

The Hale FACE LED mask is covered against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date. The RLPRO three-year warranty and the Health Canada Class II licence held by RLPRO 1200 and RLPRO 2000 do not apply to Hale FACE.

What is Covered?

• LED diode failure or significant dimming
• Touchscreen or control interface malfunction
• Internal component failure (fans, drivers, power supply)
• Structural defects in the housing or stand
