Math, not marketing.
Three free calculators that turn published photobiomodulation literature and Hale’s measured panel irradiance into a usable protocol.
Every output shows the formula. We don’t hide the math — that’s the point. Built for clinics, studios, and serious individual practitioners.

Protocol by condition
Pick what you're treating. Get a panel, wavelength split, session time, weekly frequency, and weeks-to-result.

J/cm² dosing
Computes the actual joules-per-cm² your session delivers. Shows the formula transparently. Calibrated to Hale's measured irradiance.

660nm vs 850nm
Surface, deep tissue, or both? Tells you how to weight your wavelength dose and which panel format fits the goal.
Where these numbers come from
Hale’s RLPRO panels deliver a measured 197 mW/cm² at 6" from the panel surface across an 8-band spectrum (630–1060 nm). Target J/cm² ranges per indication are published photobiomodulation literature (5–10 J/cm² for skin and superficial tissue; 20–60 J/cm² for deeper joints, muscle, and CNS). Time-to-dose is the canonical formula: J/cm² × 1000 ÷ irradiance.
