Free Worldwide Shipping

All Hale Health orders include free worldwide shipping to destinations supported by our checkout. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable destination duties, import taxes, and standard customs-clearance charges are included in the amount you pay, so you should not receive a separate duty bill at delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Please allow 25–30 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Hale products are prepared to order, tested, and quality-checked before dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, transit is typically about one week. Carrier, customs, weather, and remote-area conditions can affect the final delivery date, so this timing is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information by email so you can follow its progress through delivery.

Packaging & Handling

RLPRO panels are large, precision-engineered devices. Each unit ships in reinforced crating with foam inserts designed to protect the panel during transit. Our packaging has been tested to withstand the rigours of international freight.
