Delivery Timeline

Please allow 25–30 business days for delivery. Unlike mass-produced panels sitting in a warehouse, every Hale RLPRO panel is prepared to order, tested, and quality-checked before it ships.

Order Tracking

Full tracking information is provided for every order. Once your panel ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Packaging & Handling

RLPRO panels are large, precision-engineered devices. Each unit ships in reinforced crating with foam inserts designed to protect the panel during transit. Our packaging has been tested to withstand the rigours of international freight.
