Citable reference reports.
Original synthesis of peer-reviewed evidence on photobiomodulation. These are reference documents, not marketing pages. Every dose, wavelength, and protocol claim is sourced to a verifiable PMID or DOI. Reports are re-reviewed on a fixed cadence and version-tracked.
Published reports
Methodology
Each report is built by a structured pipeline:
- Evidence gathering across four parallel streams: PubMed meta-analyses, Cochrane Library + high-impact journals, ClinicalTrials.gov registry, and professional society guidelines (WALT, NAALT, AAD, APTA, ACSM, NICE, etc.).
- Cross-source triangulation: a synthesis pass that flags disagreements and tiers evidence as strong, moderate, limited, or preliminary based on study design + sample size + replication.
- Citation verification: every PMID is fetched from pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov before publication. Any unverifiable citation is removed, not adjusted.
- Versioned changelog: when a row is updated, the report version bumps and the change is logged at the bottom of the report. Reports are re-reviewed on a 26-week cadence.
These reports are educational. They are not medical advice, do not replace clinician judgment, and do not constitute a treatment plan. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new therapy.
