1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of thehale.ca and halehealthrecovery.com and any purchases made through our websites. By accessing or using our sites, you agree to be bound by these terms. Hale Health Wellness Corporation (“Hale Health,” “we,” “us”) operates these websites from Ontario, Canada.

2. Products & Medical Disclaimer

Health Canada Medical Device Licence #111226 applies to RLPRO 1200 and RLPRO 2000. Hale FACE is a separate consumer skincare device and is not covered by that Class II licence. Product pages identify the regulatory status applicable to each device. In all cases:

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Information on this website is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new therapy.
• Do not use our devices if you are pregnant, have photosensitive conditions, or are taking photosensitizing medications without consulting your doctor.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency identified beside the amount. Supported local currencies may be selected automatically using location signals or manually through the currency selector. The currency shown in Stripe Checkout is the currency charged. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before an order is placed. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping to destinations supported by our checkout. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with applicable destination duties and standard import charges included. Products are prepared to order; the standard delivery estimate is 25–30 business days, with transit typically taking about one week after dispatch. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, remote-area service, or events beyond our control.

5. Warranty

RLPRO panels include a three-year warranty. Hale FACE includes a one-year warranty. Eligible products may also be returned under our 30-day return policy. Full terms are available on our warranty page and returns page.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Contact hello@thehale.ca to request a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Hale Health Wellness Corporation or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hale Health Wellness Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
