Hale Health red light therapy panels are Health Canada approved (MDL #111226) and FDA registered Class II medical devices. However:

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Information on this website is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new therapy.
• Do not use our devices if you are pregnant, have photosensitive conditions, or are taking photosensitizing medications without consulting your doctor.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices on thehale.ca are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Hale Health is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty

All Hale Health panels include a 3-year comprehensive warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Full warranty terms are available on our warranty page.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Contact support@thehale.ca to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on thehale.ca — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Hale Wellness Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hale Wellness Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
