30-Day Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with an eligible Hale Health product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns receive a refund to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In original packaging with all accessories included
• Free from physical damage beyond normal use
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Process

Returning a product is straightforward:

1. Contact us — Email hello@thehale.ca with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive your RMA — We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back — Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided
4. Get your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Shipping & Logistics

We cover the cost of original outbound shipping on every panel. For guarantee returns within the 30-day window, customers are responsible for return shipping costs back to our fulfillment center. We'll provide the shipping address, packaging guidance, and an RMA number so the process is straightforward.

If the product arrived defective or damaged in transit, we will cover return shipping in full and provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges

Want a different model? Contact us and we'll help you arrange an exchange. The same return eligibility conditions apply. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or develops a fault, it may be covered by the applicable product warranty. RLPRO panels carry a three-year warranty; Hale FACE carries a one-year warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.
