Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every panel we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your Hale Health product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Free from physical damage beyond normal use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Process

Returning a product is straightforward:

  1. Contact us — Email support@thehale.ca with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive your RMA — We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back — Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided
  4. Get your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product was received defective or damaged in transit. For defective items, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges

Want a different model? Contact us and we'll help you arrange an exchange. The same return eligibility conditions apply. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or develops a fault, it may be covered under our comprehensive 3-year warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.
