Our shortest panel, with a wheeled stand included. The premium buys the physical panel size, included stand and Hale’s purchase/support terms. Match these to your needs. A larger panel or more LEDs does not establish better clinical results. A smaller or lower-priced device may fit your budget and room better.

This model is offered with a wheeled stand only. For a horizontal setup, review the RLPRO 1200 and 2000 electric configurations and have Hale confirm compatibility and clearance for your installation.

The published estimate is 25–30 business days from order confirmation to delivery, including preparation and transit. It is not a guaranteed date. If you have a deadline or upcoming travel, ask Hale to check the current schedule before paying.

Your order confirmation contains your reference. Use the order-status page and contact hello@thehale.ca if the confirmation is missing, the estimated date has passed or you need an update. Carrier tracking is sent after dispatch.

Hale Health Wellness Corporation provides the three-year material/workmanship defect warranty from purchase, subject to the published terms. It includes internal components and stand defects. For service outside warranty, ask for parts availability and a quote; no future price or turnaround is guaranteed in advance.

You can request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return policy. Original packaging and accessories are required. Customers pay ordinary return shipping; Hale covers return shipping for arrival defects or transit damage. Refunds follow receipt and inspection.

This model’s published figure is >160 mW/cm² at 6 inches, from the manufacturer measurement. Electrical safety and regulatory records are not independent validation of irradiance or clinical results. An independent irradiance lab report is not presented here.

We publish the eight wavelengths and available controls. A brightness setting is not a measurement of each band’s share of irradiance. If that distribution is essential to your decision, ask Hale for model-specific documentation before ordering.

Follow the manual for your actual device. For a medical purpose, consult your clinician. A six-inch output measurement is not a dose map for every position; it does not justify a universal session length or copying another device’s protocol.

Do not assume the panel is suitable for sauna heat or humidity. Confirm documented operating conditions before that kind of installation; this page does not establish a sauna-use rating.

A panel has different positioning and exposure from a bed or another clinic device. Our purchase comparison does not establish equal clinical results or a replacement protocol. Discuss your intended use with your clinician and review the actual device instructions.
